Paul wants to write to all 750 members of the House Of Lords to ask for their support of Lord Brennan’s Bill to provide compensation to British victims of terror abroad. This Bill has its second reading on Friday 16th March 2007. A minimum of 100 Lords must be present for the Bill to progress to the next stage. Paul wants to ask every Lord to pledge their full support of this Bill.
